x 555 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Terms Required Reading

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and x 555 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), accessible at x555-vip.com. By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on x 555, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all services offered on the x 555 platform including — but not limited to — sports betting, crash games, Aviator, Ludo Games, Virtual Sports, the VIP Club loyalty programme and all related promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

x 555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The x 555 platform is strictly for players who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting in your jurisdiction.

• You must be 18 or over to create an account and to place bets or wagers of any kind on x 555.
• x 555 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Any account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be voided and forfeited.
• Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in gaming and betting is lawful under the laws applicable to them in their location.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on the x 555 platform only. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual — whether under the same name, different names or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering at x 555, you agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 Account Security

Your account password is your responsibility. x 555 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for added security. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. x 555 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security.

3.3 KYC Verification

x 555 may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, KYC) at any time — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. x 555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.

4. Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the x 555 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversions are applied. x 555 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your x 555 wallet instantly upon successful processing by the payment provider.
• x 555 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• x 555 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud is suspected or where the deposit would breach these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at x 555 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are available via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Standard account withdrawals are processed within the same business day.
• VIP members receive prioritised processing — Gold same-day, Platinum within two hours, Diamond instant processing.
• x 555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals may not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements on the account have been fully met.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the bonus terms in force at the time the bonus was credited.

5.1 Withdrawal Limits

Standard daily withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. VIP members at Platinum and Diamond tier benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP Club section. Limits may be adjusted by x 555 at its discretion for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

x 555 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, Eid specials, PSL season promotions and VIP cashback. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to your x 555 wallet and may carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as VIP cashback, which carries no wagering requirement).
• Wagering requirements specify the amount you must bet before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier is specified for each bonus offer individually.
• Bonuses must be used within their stated validity period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may void the previous bonus at x 555's discretion.
• x 555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time and to cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if abuse is suspected.

7. VIP Club Rules

The x 555 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Participation is automatic upon registration — all accounts begin at Bronze tier and progress through Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond based on accumulated VIP points.

• VIP points are calculated on a rolling 90-day basis. Points earned outside this window do not count toward the current tier calculation.
• Tier upgrades occur automatically within 24 hours of reaching the required points threshold. No application is required.
• A 30-day downgrade protection period applies following each tier upgrade. After this period, tier standing is recalculated monthly.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses for the calendar week (Monday–Sunday) and credited to the wallet every Monday as real cash with no wagering requirement.
• x 555 reserves the right to modify VIP Club tier thresholds, cashback rates and associated benefits at its discretion, with notification provided to affected members.
• Abuse of the VIP Club — including collusion, chip dumping, or any behaviour designed to artificially accumulate points — will result in disqualification from the programme and account suspension.

8. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed at x 555 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules that apply to individual markets.

• Bets must be placed before the relevant event closes for wagering. Bets submitted after market closure will not be accepted.
• Minimum bet amount is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market and player tier and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• x 555 reserves the right to void or limit any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where there is evidence of match manipulation.
• In-play bets are accepted where markets are available and remain open. The acceptance of an in-play bet does not guarantee the displayed odds — network delays may mean a bet is processed at a slightly different price.
• Void bets — including those arising from event cancellation or postponement — are returned to the wallet as stake. They do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on the individual outcomes of all selections. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated on the remaining selections.

9. Games and Virtual Sports

All games available on x 555 — including crash games, Aviator, Ludo Games and Virtual Sports — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or provably fair mechanism to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability.

• Virtual Sports results are generated by the RNG at the start of each event cycle and cannot be influenced by the platform or by prior bet patterns.
• Technical malfunctions during a game round — including server interruptions — will result in the round being voided and stakes returned to the wallet.
• It is the player's responsibility to ensure their device and internet connection are stable before placing bets in crash games. x 555 is not liable for bets affected by client-side connectivity failures once a round is in progress.
• In crash games, the automatic cash-out feature, where available, will execute at the player's pre-set multiplier. If a technical fault prevents auto cash-out from executing at the intended multiplier, the round will be voided.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the x 555 platform. Breach of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account per individual
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors — any such situation must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in match-fixing, match manipulation or any activity that corrupts the integrity of sporting events
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds for any illegal purpose
• Harassing, abusing or threatening x 555 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Depositing funds via payment accounts not held in your own name

11. Account Suspension and Closure

x 555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant. Dormant account balances are retained and remain accessible upon re-login.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the x 555 support team. Any remaining balance after bonus amounts have been reviewed will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within five working days.

12. Responsible Gaming

x 555 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players directly from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit
• Session Time Reminders — receive alerts after a set duration of platform activity
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily restrict your account for a defined period of your choice
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude your account from the platform

x 555 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions. Player data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Payment data is processed via certified payment gateways and is not stored on x 555 servers.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x 555 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform

• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or your breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits x 555's liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. x 555's total liability to you in any one calendar year shall not exceed the total deposits you made during that year.

15. Changes to These Terms

x 555 may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — such as alterations to bonus terms, withdrawal limits or account closure rules — x 555 will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the x 555 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a change, you should request account closure before the change takes effect.
